This large site near Liuyang River in the suburbs to the northeast of Changsha has benefited from a huge investment of RMB 300 million and is one of the largest cultural tourism projects in Hunan. The area encompasses both historical and modern spots with a series of idiosyncratically named gardens such as Happy Valley, Love Warm Valley, Mystery Valley and Comic Garden.
At International Lively Street, visitors can try typical foods from all over the world and see the performance art from across the world too. Locations represented include Latin America, Russia, Japan and Europe, with a range of magic acts, acrobatic performances, dancing and singing on offer. World's Window is also the venue for a variety of festivals and celebrations, most notably the China Jinying TV Art Festival.
