This museum was built in 1989 to commemorate the lives lost in earthquakes in Lanzhou as well as those all over the world. Located in Shilitao Xiang, the museum exhibits rare historical artifacts that were buried along with their owners in regional earthquakes throughout history. The museum is currently closed for renovation and will reopen in the near future.
