The Fuzhou Cross-Straits Conference on Economy and Trade aims to promote cross-straits cooperation and exchange. It is an annual large-scale comprehensive economic and trade expo open to global participants and is also one of the largest representative and influential cross-straits exhibitions co-sponsored by Mainland China and Taiwan, covering cross-straits cooperation, regional coordination, commodity transactions, trade, economic discussions and cultural exchanges.
The Conference has received more than 100,000 exhibitors and presenters from over 100 nations and regions and has been the impetus for the signing of over 3,000 contracts with actualized investment of more than US$10 billion. It has also received millions of guests and over 1,000 key foreign-invested projects have sprung from its negotiating tables. The Fujian Commodities Fair and the Investment and Cooperation Conference for Trade are held simultaneously with the Conference in the Jinshan Exhibition City.
