Located on Dongguan Dajie in the Chengdong District, it is the largest and most complete mosque in Xining and one of the four biggest mosques in Northwest China. Built during the early Ming Dynasty, it is over 600 years old, was rebuilt in 1911 and then expanded in 1919.
