This 36 hectare park was created after the establishment of the PRC. The excellent facilities here include a zoo, an artificial lake, an outdoor theater, children's playing areas, a dining room and a teahouse.
Huxian Mountain and Huxin Pavilion sit in the center of the lake looked over by a 200 meter long corridor designed to ensure that visitors have the most picturesque views of the park.
''Wanghu Lou'' on the north bank is a wonderful vantage point from which to view the whole lake, whilst drinking tea or wine and playing chess. It holds large-scale performances during festivals.
