Please send me the fax number for the ICBC sub-branch located at Xiamen University, name of branch manager, and e-mail address for him/her. I would like to communicate with the manager about my account. I am in the US and cannot return to Xiamen, but need to transfer some of my money to a US bank. Thank you!
