The beautiful Ming Dynastypavilion is located at the foot of Turtle Hill, on the banks of the Yangtze River. Originally constructed in the 16th Century, the Pavilion has been destroyedand re-built many times during its history. The most recent renovation occurred in 1983, when it was rebuilt according to the architectural concepts of the time, but reinforced with modern materials. Visitors may use the pavilion as a platform from which they can take some wonderful pictures of the surrounding sceneries.
