Wuhan City's Children's Library was established in March 1958 with the goal of maintaining and upholding all levels of education. It is centrally located to Wuhan's urban center. The library is located to what was previously Jincheng Bank. Now as the Youngsters' reading center and activity center, this institution is receiving a number of grants and donations to help supply a number of books to the institution. In addition, the library holds Chinese Painting and Calligraphy competitions, essay composition competitions, English recital competition as well as a summer reading camp.
