Bonjour is a restaurant and a bakery owned by a french and a chinese guy.
Bonjour purpose 2 types of food:
-The chief Tom will cook for you a large range of authentic french dishes (Homemade duck's liver, french oysters, flammenkueche etc) and a good choice of high quality imported meat and fish (basa fish medallion with mushroom, aspergus and white wine sauce, codfish with garlic pumpkin and hollandaise sauce, Jager schnitzel with sauteed potatoes and mushrooms sauce, kobe beef, grilled lamb chops, homemade Cordon bleu)
-The chief Maxime will prepare authentic neapolitan pizzas (3 days fermented dough, homemade italian sauce, baked in only 2 minutes), differents fresh sandwiches (Panini, hotdog, mediteranean Hamburger only do with our fresh baked bread), some tapas (baguette savoyarde, houmos, baked bruschetta, etc.) and salads.
Everyday you will also find a selection of fresh baked french bread and dessert:
-Breads: baguette, milbreak, brioche, croissant
-Desserts and cakes: sea salted caramel and belgium chocolate tart, lemon pie, cheesecake, black forest, butter cookies, chocolate volcano with raspberry sauce etc.
