Please advise on lost Bank Of China Shenzhen Branch travelers check number 08939438 in the amount of $5500 USD purchased on 7/14/21. I have attempted to contact the Shenzhen Branch several times over the last few weeks to no avail.

I tried to telephone this Bank of China (Shenzhen Branch) to speak to some one in English regarding a problem of an electronics company not delivering my products. The Company was Shenzhen Depai and Betty Deng was the Sales Representative. But The Bank of China does not have good English speaking people, so I paid $20.00 for a wasted phone call.
