China International Equipment Manufacturing Expo, CIEME, is a state-level exposition approved by the State Council and is jointly hosted by the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and Liaoning Provincial People's Government. Since 2002, the exposition is held in Shenyang every autumn. CIEME reflects the new technological advances in manufacturing in China and the rest of the world and provides a platform for both domestic and overseas manufacturers to unfold their strength and seek partners. CIEME is known as a large-scale international event that integrates product show, investment, academic seminars and technical cooperation.
