Nice and cosy bar recently open. Good and friendly service owned by chinese and french. English , french, spanish and chinese spoken. The place is open from 6pm untill 2 am everyday. Draught Erdinger (unique in Shenyang), Guiness and Carlsberg. Tuesday they do Ladies night (order one cocktail get one free) Happy Hours from 6pm untill 8pm everyday. The second floor is a very cosy little japanese restaurant. Chef worked in New York for 8 years. Providing mostly sushis (fresh ! not frozen !), sashimi, maki, teriaki, soups, salads etc etc. Opening very soon.
