This historic theater way up in Hongkou was once a temp, then it was Chinatown, now it's available for events and the odd piece of theater. It's a really beautiful old space with a gallery and boxes, very traditional but hip, too. It's a bit out of the way, but don't let that put you off if there's something going on here, it's good to head out to
