Construction began on this church, also locally known as the German Chapel, in 1908, and was finished two years later. Its bell tower is 39 meters tall, and the church itself offers seating for 1,000 worshippers. Originally founded by German missionaries, the church was sold to the American Lutherans in 1925, and is still open for services today.
