Neither eggs nor meat are used as ingredients on this green-friendly menu. Imitation meat products are made with vegan ingredients, including mushrooms and soy. Zaozishu's ultra-healthy eatery is not only a haven for vegetarians, but for non-smokers and non-drinkers as well. Smoking and drinking are not permitted on the premises, and the prices, about RMB50-100/party of 2-3, are so reasonable that even avid carnivores will happily forgo a meaty meal.
