There are two railway stations in Hefei. Hefei Railway Station, located 4 km north of the city center, operates train services to most major destinations, including Shanghai (7 hrs), Beijing (10hrs), Shenzhen (20 hrs), Guangzhou (18.5 hrs), Ningbo (14 hrs), Chengdu (33 hrs), Nanchang (7.5 hrs), and Huangshan (6 hrs).
