Our instructors are True Pilates NY certified and with years of overseas teaching experience.
Our apparatus is all from Gratz, America's most prestige Pilates manufacturer and is loved by Pilates purists for over 50 years because of its allegiance to the traditional designs of Joseph Pilates.

We offer our clients tailor-made workouts that they will truly enjoy and be challenged by.
The exercises can be done on the apparatus with spring resistance or on a mat. Not only do we teach you during your sessions with us, we also show you how to make Pilates part of your life.
Over time, you will have greater strength and grace, such as you would expect to see in the body of a dancer.
We offer variety of classes from private classes, semi-private classes, group reformer classes to group mat classes.
