Spelland Spa calls itself an “integrated leisure centre”, and is certainly one of the most well known spas in Guangzhou. They offer a Hong Kong massage that includes stimulating the fingertips and stepping on your back, along with traditional Chinese massages incorporating both cupping and acupressure. They also provide very inexpensive buffet meals, which you can have for free if you spend over 298 RMB. Most of their massages and other treatments are in the high-priced range, but simple ones such as head, neck and foot are more affordable.

I loved this place. I wrote a review for them in the Spas in Guangzhou section. Good food, great massage. Both times I went I got the hot stone massage and just like in Canada, they are great. (I've tried Traditional Chinese Medicine massages and they hurt me so much!) LOL. I recommend this place to all my friends. The one thing is that the advertised pools are for the men only. The women's pool is small. Boo. :( But overall, I like it still and would go back.
