Rounded stone archways, tiled eaves and lovely crawling vines mark the entrance to the Tomb of Wangjian, an emperor of the Shu Dynasty. It is the only emperor's tomb that was built above ground. Now a museum, guests can view the burial chamber, where ancient reliefs of musicians and dancers that fringe the walls. Also called the Yongling Maosoleum, the Tomb of Wangjian is located on Yongling Road, northwest of Chengdu.
