Founded in 1978, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Beijing Sub-council (CCPIT Beijing), also known as the China Chamber of International Commerce Beijing (CCOIC Beijing), is a government-supported, non-profit institution operating as a corporate entity and aimed at promoting foreign trade and investment, with over 4,000 existing member enterprises.

The most famous exhibitions held by CCPIT Beijing include the Beijing International Sci-Tech Expo, the International Exhibition for Refrigeration, Air-Conditioning, Heating and Ventilation, Frozen Food Processing, Packaging and Storage and the China World Elevator & Escalator Expo. Other services it provides include business certificate issuing, legal and arbitration services and consulting services.
