The more upscale sister branch of Parkside Bar & Grill, Park Square is a restaurant/lounge during the day and a upscale, dimly lit lounge bar by night. Featuring a very cozy outdoor space with ample seating and a very reasonably priced European menu that includes salads, sandwiches, steaks and more, Park Square is en route to becoming one of the hottest new locations in the Lido area.

Park Square wouldn't be my normal type of hangout, but I recently had a meal there and was quite impressed. I ordered the crab cakes for starters which I couldn't get enough of. For the main course I had guinness marinated beef on mashed potatoes. The beef just melted in the mouth and the potato puree was devine - the ultimate comfort food. The outdoor garden in the back is also quite nice in the summer so I think I'll be back during a sunny afternoon to try the coffee and desserts.
