However, the healthy and – as the restaurant's name suggests – fresh (sprinkled in olive oil as opposed to heavy animal fat) dishes, the restaurant makes sure that their fare is worth that little extra. Light, but not miserly portions at Element Fresh may be just what is required on a scorching sunny day or balmy summer evening.

I'v e been here once and what can I say - authentic enough Italian place does awesome food, but at a price. During my visit I had a macaroni cheese, and it tasted just like the way my grandmother used to make it. Thumbs up, but be prepared to splurge.
