I fail to comprehend how this chain is so popular. The coffee is totally overpriced and mediocre, as is everything else there. The so-called "western food" items on their menu like the sandwiches are an embarassment. The ham & cheese sandwich consists of ham out a tin and plastic-textured cheese that doesn't taste like it actually has any dairy in it. The service is also very slow. Last time I ate there it took over 35 minutes for my noodles to come (which were way overpriced at 28 rmb for egg &tomato noodle). The decor is also really tacky and Ive found it to be full of Chinese people on business meetings being really loud and smoking too many cigarettes. Not recommended.
