Also known as the'Tuolou Guan', it was first built in Northern Wei period, and is over 1500 years old. Most of the stricture is built into the rock, and is full of caves and caverns that are adorned with Wei-period paintings and murals. There are two 10-meter-high Buddhas in the cliffs. It is a rare example of temple architecture in Qinghai.
