North Square of Big Wild Goose Pagoda is located within the Da Ci' en Temple complex, covering about 110,000 sq. m. with an impressive water fountain. The square is known as the biggest of its kind, but its purpose is to emphasize Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Dynasty culture. Comprised of fountain, culture square, gardens, culture corridor, tourism & trade facility, its main attraction is the musical fountain, which is comprised of thousands of water jets that perform individually. Many visitors stay in the area before closing, just to watch the water fountain perform in the evening light.
