used their service for our inbound goods from Canada to Shanghai China, not very happy with Canada side as they didnt provided clear info on the customs rules in China. Relosmart helped us a lot and the instructions are very clear and helpful, finally we had a smoothly procedure in SHA side and received our goods. good service from Relosmart. will definitley consider them for our next move :-)
