Unlike other agencies, we don`t charge the housekeepers and our clients any agency fee, but we have a yearly membership plan that includes the following services:
- unlimited access to our database
- insurance coverage for part time, full time and live in housekeepers
- assistance during job interviews
- contract negotiation and drafting
- assistance on the home helper's first working day
- follow up, consultation and troubleshooting during membership period
- PDF Guide about Chinese customs
- English-Chinese Home Helper easy communication phrase book
- English-Chinese tasks list and magnetic whiteboard with weekly schedule.
Also, if during the year your housekeeper quits we will replace her without any additional cost.
The fees for the membership plan are as follows:
- Full-time/live-in housekeeper: 1500 RMB/year
- Part-time housekeeper: 750 RMB/year
- One time service: 10% of the housekeeper's salary
