The team behind popular tapas joint El Willy have recently opened a cocktail bar on Yongfu Lu, and it's rapidly becoming a firm favourite among cocktail fans (some people even say it's the best cocktail bar in town – high praise for a bar still in its infancy!). The drinks list is plentiful (cocktails priced at 68 RMB each) and the head barman is a cocktail expert from Japan.
