IL Forno (The Oven) Our oven was made by Neapolitan Artisans using stone and volcanic soil from Mount Vesuvius in Italy. It was built to cook at temperature of over 500 C heated 100% by wood to make Authentic Pizza Napoletano in 90 seconds. Cheese: All our cheeses are imported from Italy . We use Italian Mozzarella and the world famous Bonati Parmigiano Reggiano on our pizza and pasta dishes. Our cheese brand is used in famous Italian restaurants such as : Valentino's Restaurant- Santa Monica ( California ) USA Four Season Hotel - Milan Italy Oligiano - London , England and more .... Our Pasta: Imported from Setaro in Napoli Italy. Setaro has been making their first class pasta only in limited amounts since 1939. We are pleased that Setaro has Chosen Bon Appetit as one of their few and selective restaurants in the world to supply . Our Flour: Imported from Molino Caputo of Napoli Italy. Caputo has won the Best Pizza Dough Award in the world for the 10th year in a row. Our Greens ( Vegitables ) All our veggies are organically grown in suburb of Jinan. We get fresh picked veggie delivered to us every day. Our Poultry and Seafood We use only fresh Cage Free Organic chicken breast and fresh seafood both delivered to us daily Our meat: All our beef is imported from Australia ( Prime wagyu meat from Grain fed cattles , chemical free). Australian Wagyu bred have red wine added to their feed as well. Our Prosciutto is imported from Parma Italy.....the finest in the world.
