The four-star Harbin Friendship Palace Hotel had a complete re-furbish in 2005, which brightened up its original 1950s décor considerably. Situated on Youyi Road with excellent views of Songhua River, the hotel's 220 rooms are equipped air conditioning, cable TV, mini-bar, broadband access, room safe and phones.
