CCOIC is the local subsidiary of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and China Chamber of International Commerce. CCPIT Hangzhou Sub-council (i.e. CCOIC Hangzhou Chamber of Commerce) is a non-governmental, foreign-oriented, and economic and trade organization composed of members from the local business circles including individuals, enterprises, associations and groups.
CCPIT Hangzhou Sub-council follows international practice in promoting foreign trade, foreign capital utilization, multinational management and economic cooperation to improve understanding, friendship and collaboration between Hangzhou and other countries and regions throughout the world.

One of the company in your area has not supplied the goods although I have sent the money as per their Proforma Invoice. It is more than 6 weeks that they have still not dispatched the goods although they had promised to air freight last month.
