Located on the bank of the Li River, the Guilin International Trade and Exhibition Center is an architectural landmark covering an area of some 150,000 square meters, with an enclosed building envelope of 52,800 square meters. The center is 31.5 meters high and has total exhibition space of over 28,900 square meters. It has 6 large open-concept exhibition halls with a capacity for 1,600 international standard exhibition booths.
The Center also has VIP rooms for distinguished guests, 5 medium and small-sized conference rooms, a news center, business center, telecom facilities, storage, transportation facilities, banking services, accommodations, catering and entertainment. The Center has a complete and comprehensive firefighting system and ''smart'' alarm system, as well as a state-of-the-art public broadcasting system, lights, and sound system. There are two large parking areas for vehicular access directly to each exhibition
