Comprised of indoor pedestrian streets and high-level residence housing, Jingliu Jie was originally built in the early 1990s together with the construction of Dongfeng Xincun District. Shops provide a wide variety of goods. Yiteng Shangdu, the largest upscale business and residence quarter in Daqing, is also located here, as are several international chain supermarkets.
