Also known as Tianjiling National Forest Park, this 140 hectare park specializes in cultivating and protecting the native plants of tropical Asia. It encompasses forested hills and valleys, grasslands, deep blue lakes and several planted gardens where over 1100 distinct species of forest fauna and flora have been raised. The gardens include the delightful Cherry Blossom Garden which is particularly pretty when the trees are in bloom and the aromatic Tea Olive Garden. When the Tea Olives (sweet osmanthus) are in bloom between late October and early November, the park is said to be at its most beautiful.
