An authentic Xinjiang restaurant located inside the Beijing office area. Its sticky yoghurt with sesame seeds and melon seeds sprinkled on top taste sweet, sour, and also fruity. Its mutton skewer is delicious, tender inside-out, and sold quickly. Its Da Pan Ji is also delicious, but doesn’t taste local enough. It’s cramped with people, and hard to find a seat.
