This is the second time Phil opens his pub, when the first one was in Sanlitun this one is situated in Ritan, closed to the Ritan park. It still has fairly cheap drinks and the amazing offer of unlimited amount of Tsingtao between 21:00 and midnight for just 30RMB. There’s everything you could wish for from wifi to flat tv screens that show live games, Phil’s works as a café during the day and a hip bar during the evenings.
