Pho Restaurant, like its name, is simple and direct. It’s small and the decor is muted – there is a slightly bizarre selection of movie posters on the wall – but the food is good and the Vietnamese coffee is only 12 RMB hot or cold. It’s conveniently located right across from Nanluoguxiang.
