I moved from Shanghai to Paris.

I enjoy using Trustmover as my moving supplier in the past several years. They are packing the furniture and large items professionally to ensure the items are not damaged during shipping process. They are also very responsive in terms of receiving the items in the warehouse. The customer service takes the photo and checks the quality of the items before packing them again for shipping. When the items are delivered, the delivery men will help to put the items where you want to rather than dump everything in the garage. I would highly recommend this moving supplier.

TrustMover is a disaster. Use another company that knows their business and cares about customers.

I've been tricked several times:

1) Overpaid for net volume
2) Paid an unexpected Import tax fee because of the missing documents, as TrustMover shipped immediately without confirming with me while I needed time to gather documents.
3) Paid additional storage fee while gathering missing documents as TrustMover is not aware of what documents in what form are required for customs clearance, even with import tax.
4) TrustMover ignored destination agent warnings and picked the most expensive warehouse, forcing me to pay extra.

Details:

The initial conversation was fine and polite. The goods were picked up fast, but afterward, all my problems had just started.

They do not know what documents and in what form are required by the destination customs clearance.
They give you a list of documents to gather after the goods have been picked up.
They ship your goods before you gather documents.
They lie about CBM to make you pay more.
They ship without a green light from the destination agent, who knows that documents are missing.
They do not care about how much you will pay extra.
They do not communicate the situation to you as they do not know it themself. The destination agent has done most of the work.
I had to organize clarification calls by myself and understand the nuances of international shipments by myself. TrustMover played a bold role, lied, ignored facts, and just asked me to pay.

As a result of unprofessional work by TrsutMover, my goods arrived at the destination port with missing documents, and I had to pay additional fees (40-50 % of the initial quote)
TrustMover kept me hostage, as my goods have not been released, and they have a terrible relationship with the destination agent.

As a customer, I'm very disappointed in the services provided as its level is unacceptable, and the company operates like a scam.

Avoid TrustMover

This company is the most disrespectful and untrustworthy of all the moving companies I have ever used.
They failed to send the shipment and delayed for 8 months (total 10 months). After getting disappointed with receiving my shipment I tried to found the company who works with them in the US for custom clearance (K Trans logistics). They told me that trustmover has changed all of its customers in full and has not paid the money anything ro K Trans and now they are not releasing the shipment. After negotiation I paid my custom and transfer fee from LA to Alabama again to K Trans to get my stuff. The trustmover promised to pay back at least the transfer money from LA to Alabama because they didn't deliver the goods. But instead they threatened me that if I don't remove my comments from review websites they won't pay back. Thay also used fake exchange rate just to pay as less as possible and when I ask for reference they refused to provide.

Just avoid them at all cost. Do not fall into this scam. Specially the business manager who is known by the name 奥马尔 (Aomar) is a very rude and unethical person when it comes to treating the customer.

This is the worst moving company, I am not sure that if there is any company or it’s a fraud… they stole our money and stuff! After 6 months no delivery no feedback no response just ask for more and more money …
Keep far from this company … they wrote the contract that the costumer can’t do anything outside of China, and they ask all the customers for more money for destination charges which is common between their customers, they’ve planned for that … it’s embarrassing and disappointing … put away your stuff is better to trust TRUST mover company…

in review that all his company person fake i know all person there . pleas dont use this company for shiping any cargo ( any good's ) any country ,that company froud .first they talk very nice for get booking. they ask me port charge 9750 india this money ,but i pay there 73120 rs to much ,after that they dont want know me , no one reply me . also service very bad ,my tv totally broken , other's good's also broken , now they not answer me any more , .one month paased still not get any reply not claime , i lost too much from this shiping company they not pack in wooden TV ,befor they send so many photo for packing but all fake . this company totally froud , still not clear till now my matter , now boss's wife say give only 50 + 50 for TV and RICE MACHINE broken money , plz i have request every one client who want ship good's ,dont ship this TRUST MOVE better ,my friend's if u have any question can talk with me any time for this company also with my cargo 5 more client's also they cry ,i update what trust move company talking me on WECHAT , pls see my good's broken photo. also my other frien's will update soon on website

Don’t use this company, they don’t have any ethics or morals.

Don’t use this company, they try to force you to pay extra fee when it isn’t written in the contract.

I moved from Shanghai to Sydney with Trust Mover and do not recommend them. Alsa, my account manager, lied to me about everything, and they are still trying to deny me my insurance coverage, which I paid extra money for. When they came to pick up my things, Alsa lied about when it would be shipped. She gave me an estimated date, but they actually had already booked space on a boat which would not arrive by the date they promised, which I needed it to arrive by. When I got the new estimated arrival date, I told them a time a few days later when I could receive the items. Alsa promised it would happen, but I later learned from the local shipping company that they lied because they have no way to guarantee when customs clearance will finish and when they can deliver. Once the items finally arrived, more than a month late, there were some items broken. When I tried to get insurance claim forms from them, they only give me excuses and tell me I can't make a claim, and I still don't have the documents to make any insurance claim for my broken items, even though I paid extra to get insurance coverage. Do not use this company.
