Zhouzhuang is located only 38 kilometers southeast of Suzhou is one of the most famous water townships in China. Zhouzhuang is famed for its deep cultural roots, delightful water views and beautifully-preserved traditional architecture, including courtyard houses with carved brick archways. One of Zhouzhuang's most famous sights is the twin bridges, which were immortalized in an iconic painting by the artist Chen Yifei (1946-2005).
