Old Zhengxing is the place to go for seafood and river fish, its menu changing with the season. Spring is the time to try stir-fried white bait with egg (Yin Yu Chao Dan); summer and autumn is a great time to try their famous stir-fried crab (Da Zha Xie). Succulent carp with honey (Tang Lu Yu), on the other hand, can be enjoyed year-round.
