Face Bar, with its associated Thai, Moroccan, and Indian restaurants, is set within the DongJiao State Guest Hotel compound (www.dongjiaohotel-shanghai.com), a secluded location inside an extensive landscaped park inclusive of lakes and miniature bamboo forests, with little or no traffic nearby. Located near LongDong Avenue, on the way to Pudong International Airport, and close to Zhangjiang Hightech Park and Jinqiao Biyun Area, the walls give no indication of a compound enclosing a series of formal gardens, hotel buildings, and residential housing.
To reach Face Pudong, one enters through the main gates of the compound to follow a tree-lined road alongside of the main lake. Face Pudong is tucked away in an exclusive environment that caters to heads of state all over the world. Face Pudong consists of several buildings with garden and outside terraces. The main building is two stories: Face Bar on the ground floor; LanNa Thai (Classical Thai Cuisine), The Lounge (private and quiet rooms), El Wajh (Moroccan Restaurant), and The Silk Road (our multifunctional event hall) on the first floor.
