Named after an ancient Chinese ball game, Cuju is tucked away south of Beixinqiao just off Dongsi Bei Dajie. The bar has quite a personality; nominally a sports bar, owner Badr Benjelloun has also amassed possibly the largest and certainly the most eclectic collection of rums in Beijing. Libations include Tiger draft, a good selection of imported beers and generous mixed drinks. The bar now serves simple, but delicious, sandwiches during the week, and prepares an elaborate Moroccan feast on Sundays (call ahead for details).
