An amalgamation of Gallery Kokoro Stockholm, Sweden & Paris, France and Two Lines Studio Gallery, Beijing, China, WEST-EAST GALLERY opens its doors in Beijing's Jiu Chang Art District November 20 with Zhang, Fangbai Recent Inks and prints. WEST-EAST GALLERY will, like its forerunners have done since the 1980s, show both contemporary and classical art. The core continues to be paintings, calligraphies, prints, drawings & photos, but ceramics, sculpture, and textile are no strangers. One World, Two Tastes and Three Millennia.

WEST-EAST GALLERYis not emphasizing the trendy names, overly exposed artists and certainly not the commercial side of the art world, but rather to show and sell art made by competent artists from east and west. Good art, simply. WEST-EAST GALLERY continues its forerunners cooperation with overseas galleries such as Mirai Projects in Stockholm and Galleri Astley in Uttersberg, Sweden; LaGalleri, and Mingei Art in Paris, Galerie Bastiene in Brussels, Belgium and Renzo Frechi oriental art, Milano, Italy.
