Description

The China National Agricultural Exhibition Center (NAEC) was built in 1959 and is one of the largest exhibition centers in Beijing, as well as one of the Top Ten largest Beijing buildings built in the time just after the founding of new China.

The China National Agricultural Exhibition Center is located in the northeast quadrant of the Third Ring Road in Beijing's Chaoyang District, enjoying a convenient 20 minute drive to and from the Beijing International Airport and facing the foreign embassies area to the west.

The Center's total area is 52 hectares, consisting of 10 exhibition halls with traditional Chinese styled architecture and a new, modern exhibition hall. The National Agricultural Exhibition Center is a complex integrating exhibition space with meeting rooms, multi-functional halls, business centers, guest rooms and recreational facilities. It is open to the public all year round and capable of holding all kinds of domestic and international exhibitions in all sectors. So far it has successfully held more than 600 large exhibitions and conferences and has established stable, long-term partnerships with internationally acknowledged exhibition centers, museums and exhibition companies.

With a total investment of nearly RMB 100 million, a new Exhibition Hall was completed and opened to the public in 2005, so far playing host to 11 exhibitions including the China International Printing Exhibition, the Fujian Economic and Trade Exhibition Week and the 2005 National Automobile Accessories Exhibition.
