Phase one of this huge market opened in January of 2002. It deals in flowers and toys on the first floor, ornaments on the second floor, craft supplies on the third floor, and the fourth floor is a direct sales center for national middle and small-scale manufacturers. The second phase opened in 2004. The first floor sells bags, cases, and umbrellas. Hardware and kitchen and bathroom fixtures and items can be found on the second floor.
