Established in 1980 and located at the south foot of Huishan Mountain, west of the Ancient Canal, next to city center in the east and the Taihu Resort in the west, the Wuxi Exhibition Hall has a beautiful environment and convenient transportation. It covers an area of 16,000 square meters and an architectural area of 5,700 square meters in eight exhibition halls on four floors. It is the only multifunctional exhibition hall in Wuxi. There are scores of high and medium-class hotels and rest houses in the area, which provide the meeting places so important to Wuxi's economic construction and important places for economic, commercial, scitech and cultural exchanges. In the last 20 years, the Wuxi Exhibition Hall has held over 300 exhibitions and fairs, over 85% of which were economic exhibitions.
