Wuhan Sports Center, located in the Zhuankou Economic Development Zone, is under the supervison of the Wuhan People's Government. Construction began in 1998, and a combined investment of RMB 310 million has been poured into its creation. It occupies an area of 13.6 hectares and a floorage of 70,000 square meters. With seating for a whopping 57,300 spectators, a well-manicured football field, 8 synthetic resin tracks and imported lighting, Wuhan Sports Center meets international standards down to the last detail. Handicapped seating, private terraces, boxes and VIP seating are also available.
