Sakesan describes itself as a bar/lounge that happens to offer robatayaki(a form of grilling) fusion cuisine. When you open the drink menu you’ll see why Sakesan wants to highlight their booze. From the gourmet martinis to the extensive shochu (Japanese liquor) selection, it’s hard to go wrong with anything here. I tried the wasabitini, which is a sake inspired martini with a hint of wasabi. When the drink arrived I was floored by the presentation, the drink comes on a wooden platter and comes with 2 shots on either side.
