Located at the foot of Jade Spring Hill 1 km northwest of West Lake, Hangzhou Botanical Garden occupies 231 hectares (571 acres) and is the biggest botanical sanctuary in China, holding approximately 4000 botanical species, displayed in a setting of great natural beauty.
Apart from the botanical interest of the garden, many visitors come to see Lingfeng Temple, especially in early spring when the plum blossoms that surround it are in flower.
The garden is also equipped with an 18-hole miniature golf course.
Wonderful peaceful place! Great for a relax and a day out of the city's noise
