There are over 1.50 million volumes of Chinese and foreign books, over 8,000 periodicals in Chinese and foreign languages, over 170,000 bound volumes of periodicals and 27 Chinese and English databases. Systemized, large-scale search tools inside the library. The collections of Chemical Abstracts and Engineering Index (EI) are the most complete in Fujian province. It has now become the literature center of Fujian for engineering and technological sciences. The library's collection focuses on physics and chemistry, electro-mechanical engineering, material science and engineering, information and telecommunication engineering, structural engineering, petrol-chemistry, biological engineering as well as basic theories and practice technologies related to the above subjects.
